Cooking with friends Culinary course

A get together with your loving school friends is always a nice experience. In fact it stresses the blues out of you. I’d like to share one such get together with my school buddies when we decided to hold a picnic.
The day was Sunday, for obvious reasons, and the venue was the local park in front of our house. We decided, that the cooking would be done by us on the day itself and each one of us would contribute. So, the anticipated day finally arrived and we all brought all the eateries and the necessary ingredients required to cook the food. It was unanimously decided that we all will cook kedgeree or khichdi as we call it hindi. So...the process began and the final product was cooked and served. We tasted and Alas! It tasted awful ! So, the deductions and the interrogation began that what went missing and final verdict was…..none of us brought salt. Whatever, we ate the saltless khichdi and in spite of everything it did not taste as bad as we thought it to be.
Those were the times when we learnt to cook through self help books or through minor assistance from our mothers and grandmothers. Nowadays, there are many culinary schools which teach cooking according to the latest trends. Culinary course in Faridabad, for instance are designed in such a way that everyone gets to learn the latest technique of culinary art by complete hands on training.
Best Culinary schools in Amritsar are at par with that of big cities. They cater to the need of the masses as well as the classes. These schools are an example that how culinary arts school is becoming popular with the gentry as well as the genteel class.
Professional culinary schools in Noida are another example of good culinary schools flourishing at small cities. These schools have the best chefs and faculty who are a master in the craft of cooking.

The Academy of Culinary Arts is one of the best culinary schools worthy of mention. It follows international standards and state of the art technology in teaching the students the art of cooking.

Survival guide with just 5 ingredients - Chef Shailesh

I think we’re lucky, really lucky because we live in a civilized and urban world where nearly everything we wish to eat can be easily delivered to our doorstep using an app. The saying “No one knows a man better than his grocer” may well have been usurped by “no one knows a man better than his food delivery app”. Consider also that talented chef’s today are experimenting and creating Indian haute cuisine in an attempt to command respect globally. Such cuisine is truly Indian but when presented looks identical to the highest quality French cuisine . Chefs are pushing boundaries and opening boutique restaurants where Indian favourites like butter chicken aren’t even on the menu. At such restaurants, the traditional Indian naan is being served stuffed with blue cheese which at times leads first-time diners to inform the chef that the cheese in the naan is spoiled! Yet undeterred, Indian chefs continue to push the boundaries of Indian cuisine. But while the lifestyles of us big city dwell...
